Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BusinessCoordinator platform, website, and AI quote intake widget (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
Business accounts ("Customers") must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under their account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of your business.
2. Subscription & billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
- 14-day free trial. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
- Send spam, harvest contacts, or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, TCPA).
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- Upload malware or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
4. AI-generated content & estimates
Our AI assistant generates conversational replies and rough cost estimates. These are informational only, may be inaccurate, and do notconstitute a binding quote, contract, or professional advice. Final pricing and scope must be confirmed by the business in writing. See our AI Estimate Disclaimer for details.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit (logos, business info, leads). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights to all content you upload.
6. Customer data & privacy
Lead data submitted by End Users belongs to the business that received the lead. You agree to handle that data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
7. Service availability
We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may cause downtime.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your content, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may cancel anytime from your account settings.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
